Lakeshore Community Services Food Bank

 

 

 

 

The LCS Food Bank operates 
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am-noon
 
by appointment only.  

Please contact LCS directly to determine your eligibility. 

All applications must be submitted in person between 8:30am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday at our Main office on 571 Notre Dame St 
the day before pick-up

Food Bank Eligibility Criteria  


Must bring in  

bullet

Id’s for everyone who lives within the home

bullet

Most recent income statements including all of Ontario Works forms including the Drug Benefit Card, Ontario Disability, CPP, EI, Child Support, Alimony, National Child Benefit Supplement, Basic Child Tax Credit, Universal Child Benefit, Ontario Child Care Supplement for Working Families

bullet

All current employment income statements for everyone working in the residence over the age of 18

bullet

The current receipt for current month rent or mortgage payment

bullet

The current month bill with payment receipt for Hydro, Union Gas and Water

bullet

Current receipt and or bank statement of court ordered child support and or Alimony  
 

Deliveries

bullet

Food Bank Volunteers do not provide delivery services for Food Bank clients

bullet

Emergency deliveries are approved in advance at the discretion of the Executive Director and only within the Town of Lakeshore

Canned items only; no fresh foods- At the discretion of the Executive Director

bullet

Enough items supplied to last until next pick up day
Applicants must fill out all necessary paper work for the next full pickup first
