Meet Our Board of Directors

Pat Hayes, Chairperson Karen Fallon, Vice Chair
Karen is Professor in the Journalism Program at St. Clair College. She was the former Lakeshore Councillor for the Belle River area and Managing Editor (journalist) for the Phoenix Media Group (Lakeshore News.)She has been appointed to three council committees: the Committee of Adjustment; the Lakeshore Parks and Recreation committee and is the Chair person of the Mayor’s Seniors Committee; as well as the chairperson of the Lakeshore Civic Beautification Committee. She has been involved with the former Youth Council; the Rick Hanson Wheels in Motion event, the Belle River Business Improvement Association (BIA) and is a former board member of ELK Energy.  Karen's  commitment to the Board is to promote our services and outreach within the community.
Susan Dozois, Treasurer
Susan has worked in the National Bank for 11 years and is very active in the community, including the  Community Centre, Lakeshore Food Bank, Lions Club, and is a Teacher at St. Williams Sunday School. In the Past, Sue was active in the BIA, and was Treasurer for the Parent Advisory Council at St John the Baptist School. Sue is active in promoting the awareness of the Centre

Paul Rousseau
Paul is the Chair of the BOD Donor Committee. Paul is a Sessional  Professor at the University of Windsor and Canadian  Coordinator for Ideation International in Farmington Hills, MI. He is also involved with the Town of Lakeshore Strategic Plan  Implementation Committee. Paul wants Lakeshore to develop its own identity as a progressive place to live and work.

Joe Byrne
Joe has lived in Lakeshore all of his life, was manager of a Distribution Company for over 31 yrs, and is an active member of the Lakeshore Community Food Bank, and the Cemetery Board for St. Simon St. Jude Parish. He has been involved in many groups over the years including youth groups, hockey and soccer, and church council.  Joe's goal as a member is to make the community aware of the services that are available through LCS.
